This year, the Taste of Vitality label is worn by more than 90 delicacies from the offer of 18 Lošinj catering establishments: Artatore restaurant, Baracuda inn, Bora Bar trattoria & tartuferia, Borik Beach Restaurant, Breakfast Club Lošinj, Corrado tavern, Diana Steakhouse, Deveron Gastro Pub, Pinia restaurant - Veli Lošinj Health Resort, Mare tavern, Moby Dick Gelateria, Noštromo restaurant, Papa Bepi restaurant, Ridimutak beach bar, Silvana tavern, Veli žal restaurant, Olea restaurant - Vitality hotel Punta and Za kantuni restaurant.

Among the certified delicacies are numerous dishes made from crabs, fish and shellfish from the Lošinj waters, as well as dishes made from island lamb and game, the flavors of which are further enriched with Lošinj aromatic herbs. The methods of preparation of the certified dishes are designed to preserve the nutritional value of the food as much as possible, and the ingredients are carefully selected to contribute to energy levels after a meal.

The caterers and guests were addressed by the director of the Tourist Board of the City of Mali Lošinj, Dalibor Cvitković, followed by the project manager, Prof. Karin Mimica (Gastronaut), and M.Sc. in Nutrition, Diana Gluhak Spajić (author of the Healthy Meal Standard), in charge of the nutritional part of the project.

After the project presentation and the awarding of certificates, students from the Ambroz Haračić High School held a culinary presentation, and wines from the Komadine winemaker were presented, including Sansigot, a wine made from an indigenous Lošinj variety. The event was graced by Sali Saganić and Lorena Lafter, 3rd-grade students of the M. Martinolić Elementary School music school. The project is implemented by the Tourist Board of the City of Mali Lošinj in cooperation with Abisala – Gastronaut Club, nutritionists, and Lošinj caterers.
