It was the largest gathering of Croatian chefs, and everyone was eagerly awaiting a guide to see the number of winning streams, that is, the G & M Chef Caps. "Gault & Millau, one of the two most prestigious world gastronomic guides, has the only issue for Croatia. The guide is bilingual in Croatian and English and is intended for domestic fine food lovers and foreign guests. It is recognizable by its yellow colour and appearance that is indivisible in all the countries in which it emerges. Professional and anonymous G & M inspectors worldwide work on the same rating methodology and according to the same criteria. Each restaurant can get from one to five chef caps, which is also the case in Croatia. We have visited all of our regions in search of new talents on the gastronomic scene, "says Ingrid Badurina Danielsson, director of Gault & Millau Croatia.
