This recognisable Croatian brand, present on the market for over 20 years and best known for its production of pork cracklings, lard, and crackling-based products, now introduces a concept that goes beyond the idea of a traditional shop. In this new space, cracklings are given an entirely new expression: wine and crackling pairings, modern bite-sized creations that surprise the palate, and a unique experience where heritage meets a contemporary approach to gastronomy.

Conceived as a boutique space and a place of encounter, the Food Clinique is open to customers, friends of the brand, the curious, and anyone seeking authenticity in food. It is a place where cracklings can be tasted in innovative ways, unexpected combinations explored, and the full story behind the Dr. Pigley philosophy discovered — respect for tradition, artisanal production, natural ingredients, and uncompromising quality.

Alongside Dr. Pigley’s most renowned products — cracklings, lard, delicatessen-style pressed cracklings, spreads, and specialities free from additives, preservatives, and gluten — the offer also includes a carefully curated selection of products from small Croatian producers such as OPG Matulić, Philipecz, Row Spirit, Olynthia, Korijen Rakija, Tomac, Kota, and others who are only just beginning their journey in collaboration with the brand. We are currently developing a number of new products based on cracklings and pork lard, which in recent years has increasingly been recognised as one of the higher-quality fats.
